Purple People Bridge 2022-23 – OH

For the 2022 edition of Winter Nights River Lights on the Purple People Bridge, in the spirit of the event, it was decided to make both sides be UV reactive and light up just like the rest of the bridge. White (which fluoresces blue) and purple of pink were the colors of choice on the Ohio side, put together as alternating strands between a number of light posts to encourage passers-by to walk down to the bridge and enjoy the spectacle.

Unfortunately, due to power issues encountered on the Ohio side the piece was never lit during its nearly two-month install.
